Nurse Manager Needed for Rehab Care unit- Full-time position

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is self-motivated, organized and enthusiastic to join a seasoned team of nursing care staff. The right candidate for this position is a strong leader who enjoys problem solving. Qualifications/Requirements:

• Demonstrable customer service skills and desire to be a part of a skilled nursing/rehab senior care community
• Ability to maintain proper documentation and act in a professional manner
• Ability to think critically and make quick, decisive decisions
• Desire to serve as a visible and productive member of the Crest Manor “family” including providing excellent customer service and care to the Crest Manor residents, their families, guests & visitors
• Must be able to work as a team member and accountable to staff and Director of Nursing
• Currently licensed in the State of New York as a RN – MUST be in good standing!
• College degree (2 or 4-year degree required for RNs)
