Job description

An organized family from Broken Arrow is looking for a nanny that is energetic, interactive, and outgoing for their two children. The nanny will be responsible for full spectrum childcare which primarily includes but isn’t limited to diapering, cooking breakfast and lunch, feeding, dressing the child, the child’s laundry, and dishes. The nanny must have a lot of creative ways to engage the 3-year-old in educational activities and can actively take trips to the library/zoo/lab/etc. It is also nice to have someone to take the 6-year-old to and from school. Punctuality and reliability are a must for the nanny. A positive, gentle, and nurturing demeanor is also a priority.

The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 0730a-05:00p. 3+ years of experience and CPR certification are required. Benefit includes holidays off. This position is needed by June.

Our Non-Negotiables:

• At least 2 years of paid & professional (non-familial) childcare experience
• At least 3 professional references and 2 character references
• A High School Diploma
• Valid transportation and insured vehicle
• Non-Smoker
• Able to commit to at least 1 year of employment
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or a willingness to obtain it prior to hire)
• The desire to continually learn and grow
• Someone who communicates well
• Emotional intelligence
• A high degree of professional aptitude in the workplace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $365.00 - $400.00 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• paid non-familial childcare: 1 year (Required)
• nannying: 1 year (Preferred)
• multiple childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
