Kings Harbor Multicare Center is seeking a Medicaid Coordinator. This position will assist in gathering and coordinating financial information for all residents. We are a 720 bed skilled nursing 5 star CMS rated facility, the preferred choice for our Bronx community. We are focused on resident centered care and always striving to raise the bar in clinical excellence.Job Description:
Gather and coordinate financial information for all residents
Interview residents, families and other agency personnel to obtain relevant financial information for admission
Medicaid applications
Determine responsible financial party
Verify insurance and co-pay
Perform other functions as deemed necessary
