MCR Masonry in Tuttle, OK is accepting applications for an experienced Masonry Superintendent / Foreman or Seasoned Masonry Journeyman who has the experience, knowledge, and drive to take the next step to manage small to medium size commercial brick and CMU projects.

Job Requirements

• Commercial masonry and supervisory experience is required
• Oversees commercial masonry projects
• Supervises crew members and carries out supervisory responsibilities to include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with owner s representatives, general contractor s, employees and vendors
• Reads blueprints and follows plans and materials lists to ensure project is executed accordingly
• Promotes and oversees safety and conducts daily and weekly safety meetings
• Enforces all OSHA, company and client safety policies
• Manages job site organization and cleanliness to professional standards
• Inspects work in progress to ensure all workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules
• Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
• Completes crew member time sheets and submits to payroll weekly
• Oversees security and maintenance of equipment and tools
• Travels throughout territory to assigned projects (approximately 150 mile radius of Oklahoma City)
