HH Red Stone is a quickly growing Property Management Company specializing in Student Housing. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the facilities of a new Student Housing property in Champaign, IL. Ideal candidates will be experienced in all trades, and have at least 3 years experience as a supervisor in Multi-Family Housing. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a team-oriented approach to management will make you a great fit for this role at a rapidly growing company.
Job Duties:
- Complete repairs for student housing building in areas of electric, building maintenance, apartment turnover, plumbing, and carpentry
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians including timekeeping, scheduling, performance management and training
- Manage on-site vendors
- Make recommendations on budget, capital expenditures, maintenance procedures etc
- Place orders for parts and supplies
- Manage turnover process using OneSite Property Management software
- Completes and oversees work order process for occupied apartments

Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in supervisory role
- 3-5 years experience in residential maintenance
