Job description
- Knowledge of basic food preparation principles.
- Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions and skilled in following food safety practices.
- Knowledge of and ability to perform required roles during emergencies.
- Preparation of food products. Obtain necessary ingredients and clean food preparation equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Set up and stock stations as appropriate.
- Answer, report, and follow owner/manager instructions.
- professionally prepares food by following recipes.
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the manager.
- Performs other appropriate duties assigned by owner/manager.
