Leasing Consultant for 300 unit Luxury Apartment Community in Burlington, MA
This is a full-time Leasing Consultant position for The Huntington and The Tremont Apartments in Burlington, MA. To apply you must have at least 1+ years prior leasing experience ideally in a luxury apartment setting. This is an in person position there is not the ability to work from home or remote. Experience with Realpage and Onesite, LRO and Knock is a plus. Experience with similar software such as Yardi is also encouraged to apply. Weekend work is a requirement of this position. The Huntington and The Tremont are two newer construction luxury apartment communities leased out of one central leasing office. These properties are located in the 3rd Avenue Neighborhood of Burlington. Our apartments are not only the best product on the market they are also located within walking distance to dining, shops, entertainment and Wegman's Grocery Store.

Here is what we have to offer you as a Full Time Leasing Consultant:
Leasing Consultant Pay (Top Range Pay of Approximately $60,600)
- Competitive pay of $26.25 per hour based upon experience (Top range of $54,600)
- Receive $100 for every lease you obtain. This could add approximately $6,000 or more annually to your pay

Leasing Consultant Job Requirements
- At least 1+ experience leasing multifamily ideally luxury apartments
- Must be able to work Saturday's. Please do not apply if you cannot meet both the weekend and 1+ experience requirements. Our properties are open 6-7 days a week depending on the season which is why weekend work is necessary. It is also when you make the most money!
- Love working with people, all day every day
- Team player
- Good at multi-tasking and handling administrative tasks
- Excellent phone skills. We need professionals who are not afraid to pick up the phone and call someone then follow up by e-mail or text
- Must have a passion for sales
- Luxury mid or high rise experience a plus
- Professional always in appearance, speech and attitude
