You Are:

An effective Talent Acquisition partner who can engage with front line hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs and execute hiring plans.

The Opportunity :

  • Partner with resource management for demand and supply forecast
  • Act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans for high growth business with deliverables; timelines; and a formal tracking process to execute it
  • Develop and update job descriptions working with the front-line managers wherever required
  • Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the company's long-term growth; implement new recruiting processes and fine-tune processes that fit within UST's mission to deliver the highest quality results for the customer
  • Source and recruit candidates through the best possible sourcing channels such as resume databases; social media; career sites, etc
  • Screen candidates through pre-screening interviews. Assess experience; aptitudes and present the best candidate(s) to the interview panel
  • Negotiate compensation with the candidate based on internal pay guidance
  • Discuss and negotiate relocation budgets with candidates
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Build strong partnerships with practices/service/account delivery functions and external firms
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with BU leaders, vendors, community organizations external firms to create a collaborative partnership
  • Provide recruiting solution trends and strategies to meet the requirements by collaborating with BU
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks) to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Good team-management abilities & time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

  • 7+ years of recruitment experience with strong experience in Healthcare Domain
  • Proven expertise in handling large recruiting projects/ ramp-ups in the Healthcare / Health Plan Partners area
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for passive sourcing
  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills
  • Be up to date on current recruiting issues; trends; and best practices
  • Excellent communication; interpersonal skills, and strong negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Strong decision-making skills

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role

Remote: $64,000 - $96,000
