Position Title: Insurance Defense Attorney

Our client, a thriving law firm in Cherry Hill, NJ, is looking for junior Associate Attorneys to join their team. This role is full time hybrid and permanent.

Requirements of the role:

- 3 to 5 years and 7 plus years of experience in insurance defense and NJ litigation, if experience is in PA, must be NJ licensed. Trial experience preferred

- Responsible for performing legal research, writing complex briefs and motions, arguing motions to the Court, attending and taking depositions, and working a case from start to finish

- Experience handling casualty, professional liability, personal injury and insurance coverage cases preferred
- Open to attorneys with insurance plaintiff experience

- NJ Bar admission is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
