Job Description:
The full-time Junior Associate, Analytics will assist in the development and updating of the company’s analytics and statistical analyses. This individual will help with various projects, including but not limited to creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel charts and tables, and various other administrative projects.
The ideal candidate would have the ability to review technical reports and financial statements to aid in developing strategies for business units. This includes extracting relevant information from financial and industry data.
The associate will be under the supervision of the Associate Director, Analytics and should be prepared to performed ad-hoc assignments that are outside of his/her areas of expertise. The candidate should have the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel. Due to the varying nature of potential projects, the analyst must have enough curiosity, drive, and inventiveness to become quickly acclimated to new fields.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Good analytical skills
  • Must be able to interpret and analyze large amounts of complex and technical information.
  • Must be comfortable working in a high pressure environment, with tight deadlines
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
