The Implementation Manager is responsible for the overall planning and deployment of cross-functional application release work efforts, while managing multiple system releases simultaneously. This role supports the establishment and execution of implementation management processes for the applications that the Application Release Management & Implementation (ARMI) team supports within the broader Quality, Release Management and Support organization. The role will ensure projects and releases are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to Agile methodology standards. Responsibilities also include facilitating project and release milestones, identifying risks, and coordinating mitigation as needed to support the needs of Delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates production implementation activities

Coordinates Technology and Business release activities, creates accurate and timely status reporting, and ensures stability of low to complex and cross functional release oriented work efforts

Follows implementation and release management processes and methodologies to ensure application changes are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet partner/customer expectations

Engages in issues and risk management, ensuring issues/risks are clearly documented and escalated, and contingency plans are created and executed

Manages strategic relationships with Technology and Business partners to optimize business performance and results

Manages solid relationships with Application (ARM) and Enterprise (ERM) Release Management to ensure application areas adhere to appropriate application and enterprise processes and procedures

Required Experience / Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be a current contractor with Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries.

1 to 3 years of Business or Technology work experience in the healthcare or related industry

Effective communicator and negotiator at all levels across Technology and Business

Versatile partner, able to adapt to various team or project needs

Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Customer-centric mindset to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate team members; execute with limited information and ambiguity

Desired Experience / Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, OR the equivalent work experience.

Industry knowledge such as SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, etc.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,100 - 131,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
