The IT Integration Architect is responsible for the planning, development, and management of all third-party integrations and EDI solutions. The integration needs are primarily focused on connecting on-premises and cloud-based systems. This individual is also responsible for documenting and maintaining all existing integration architecture for the company.

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee all third-party and EDI integrations
• Develop and maintain system integration standards
• Provide expert advice to project teams on the use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, and system architecture including integration best practices
• Reviews of detailed technical specifications for ongoing and new integration projects
• Work with various teams to define requirements for integration of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture
• regularly work with consultants and manage service providers r
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution of integration-related issues
• Regular communication regarding project status with management
• Partner with system administrators and team leaders to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures
• Occasional travel between sites

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant work experience as an Integration Architect
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture, and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices
• Experience working with eOne SmartConnect
• Experience with the configuration and management of EDI integrations
• Expertise in solution design and development, vendor management, and enterprise application support, in addition to strong business understanding and project management
• Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams, and internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Established project management skills
