What you get to do every single day

• Establish and resolve the core cause of the denial
• Collect and resubmit corrected bills for reimbursement
• Thoroughly research denials using all provided tools and take action to resubmit bills for reimbursement
• Look into and explore denial-of-payment bills collected from the payer
• Medical Payment Poster experience
• Medical billing experience
• Claims processing experience preferred
• Insurance Verifications experience
• Minimum of at least 2-3 years of experience within the revenue cycle
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and policies, payment policies/guidelines and the ability to communicate and work with payers to get claims resolved and paid accurately desired
• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
• Previous denials management experience is valued
• Strong knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
