NW Ceiling Lifts is a small business in Oregon City, OR. Our goal is to complete professional installation and service to our customers in the hospital setting. We have been in business since 2006 serving the NW with Patient Lift equipment and installation.

Job Description:

We are seeking someone who is teachable and reliable to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and servicing patient lift systems in a variety of settings, including mostly hospitals.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with heavy lifting, overhead construction/ladder work, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Occasional overnight travel during the weekdays is required ( typically in Oregon and Washington only). Occasional Government + prevailing wage jobs available. Flexible work times on most Fridays. Room for advancement.

Responsibilities:

● Install and service patient lift systems in a variety of settings

● Lift upwards of 60 Lbs

● Overhead drilling and fabrication

● Ensure that all work is completed according to safety guidelines and standards

● Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient lift systems as necessary

● Maintain accurate records of installations and service work

● Complete all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner

Requirements:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

● Ability to pass a drug test

● Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

● Willingness to travel overnight occasionally

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay range of $65,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience and quantity of Prevailing wage jobs.

Benefits after probationary period include 401k contribution of 2% of your salary, HSA account, PTO, and a company vehicle for work-related travel.

Pay: $25.00 - $48.00 per hour
