HR Travel Administrator

About the Role

Essity North America is currently hiring an experienced HR Travel Administrator. The HR administrator performs/maintains and administers car transactional services according to the defined processes in both areas and securing efficient, accurate and on time delivery to the respective organizations within Essity. The person may also serve as the key contact within ServEss concept for the defined area.

This position is located in our Philadelphia PA office in a hybrid work environment.

What You Will Do

  • Delivers car admin services to the defined organization in accordance with established guidelines and policies incl. tax and legal regulations

  • Performs quality checks and secures compliance with internal and external regulations

  • Provide input to the key contact regarding needed changes, inefficiencies and other possible issues

  • Respond to inquiries and assists employees in the area of car topics

  • Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization

Car Administration:

  • Contact point to the leasing company

  • Administration of individual lease contracts

  • Administration of petrol cards

  • Reporting according to internal and legal requirements

  • Communication with car holders re contractual and legal obligations

  • General basic support for car holders

  • Key contact for ServEss for US & Canada

Who You Are

  • University degree, commercial education or similar

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in travel and/or car administration administration areas or comparable within HR area

  • Ability to work in the matrix structure organization

  • Good understanding of the end-to-end processes within travel and car administration area

  • Good judgement skills about potential impact of process changes in the area of travel and car administration

  • Fluent communication skills

  • Customer driven

  • Proven ability to have responsibility for daily customer interaction and delivery

  • Experience in working remotely

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Holistic thinking

  • Ability to “think outside the box”

  • Limited travel
