Who You Are:

We are seeking a full time Home Maintenance Worker to join our rapidly growing team. You must like working around a home, be a self-starter, service oriented, a team player, and comfortable lifting heavy objects.

This position is starting between $18-$20 per hour

What You'll Do:

The Work - daily hands-on home maintenance responsibilities both inside the home and on the property. You will be an important member of Property Management Team and perform tasks such as:

• General exterior home maintenance, pressure washing of home exterior and hardscape, window washing, metal polishing, outside furniture set up and movement, as well as identifying and reporting any maintenance issues.

What You Bring:

Your Prior Work Experience:

• You preferably have prior experience working in residential home services, groundskeeping, hospitality services or similar experience

Job Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Clear English language communicator
• Flexible on shift schedules
• Ability to multi-task and rapidly get high quality work done
• Must have valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Clear background check
