Title: Area Manager

Report to: CEO

Manager: Homemaker and Personal Care Assistants/Attendants

Summary

To provide guidance, supervision and oversight for Homemakers and Personal Care

Assistants/Attendants. The Area Manager will be responsible for staff recruitment, scheduling, sporadic

shift coverage and training staff in their service area. NOTATION: In severe cases or when PRN and

floating staff are not available for coverage Area Manager may be ask to cover that shift.

RESPONSIBITIES:

Scheduling staff to job site for service delivery

Providing oversight and monitoring of service delivery

Maintain collaborative contacts with case management agencies and client liaisons to

ensure appropriate

Process appropriate employment paper to Human Resource to assure employee has been

cleared for emplovment prior to scheduling

Forward appropriate employment documents (ex. Employment application, I-9, W-4,

state issued AD… etc.

Make supervisory visits to observe and evaluate job performance of staff

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly document to corporate to corporate office

(applications, monthlv review Sheet S, etc.).

Interpret agencv Policies and procedures relating to service Provision to staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
