Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Primary function of operating & maintaining high pressure steam plant.
- Operate and maintain low-pressure oil boilers.
- Maintain steam systems inside hotel including pressure reducing stations, heat exchangers etc.
- Assist plumbing and HVAC team with calls and projects as needed.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
- Synergy requests
- Property improvements
- Capital upgrades
Tools and Equipment:
- Various plumbing & heating hand tools & equipment
Working Environment:
- Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
- Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
