About us

The Dept of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services is dedicated to providing mental health services on the Nottoway Campus.

The individual selected for this role will execute, evaluate, and manage the hospital’s quality management program, ensuring the utmost level of care and compliance. This position is responsible for maintaining DBHDS compliance and all external accreditation/regulatory requirements. This position will serve on the hospital Executive Leadership Team, and report directly to the Facility Director.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Working knowledge of database management systems
Demonstrated ability to develop policies and procedures
Experience in conducting quality improvement activities, monitoring standards, and healthcare administration

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree in business, healthcare, public administration or related field
Certification in Infection Control
Knowledge of Risk Management (RM)
