About the role and our team

Join our team on the Children’s Ward at Noble’s Hospital as a Health Care Assistant!

We’re looking for someone who is committed to delivering high standards of quality care to our patients.

Within this role, you will assist practitioners in the delivery of care to all patients to support activities of daily living. This includes assistance with dietary and nutritional needs, personal and oral hygiene, moving and handling, monitoring and recording of basic observations.

This role will require you to have a caring attitude with effective interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be dealing with patients, their family and friends. Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting would be an advantage but is not essential, as training opportunities to develop/extend your skills will be provided.

There are lots of development opportunities which will help you excel in your role, from completing qualifications such as NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care to various learning opportunities on the ward such as shadowing other members of the team.

Free parking will also be available to you at Noble’s Hospital.
