We are looking for experienced Front Desk Staff, -7am-3pm, 3p,-11pm and Full Night Audit (11pm-7am)- who is career oriented to serve as our guest's first point of contact and manage all aspects of their reservation.

Hotel Front Desk Staff responsibilities include:
Registering Guests. managing reservations, answering the phone, providing information about rooms, rates and amenities .Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card information Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities, and local attractions Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner Communication with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs Communication with management Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees (wedding guests, concerts, conferences, etc…) Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Skills Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role Experience with hotel reservations Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor Customer Driven Attitude Excellent communication both internal and external customers. Opera PMS Experience or IHG Property Experience is Preferred.
Hotel Experience is Preferred.

Being on time is essential, having a good work ethic and working your schedule shift is an absolute MUST HAVE!!

Seasoned Professional Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, MUST have reliable transportation, MUST be on time and have positive attitude and communication skills with co-workers and guests, MUST be a team player and put the needs of the Hotel and it’s guest above all else.
