WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING A $1,500 NEW HIRE RETENTION BONUS!

We guarantee an introductory base rate of $17 per hour for the first 30 days of employment before transitioning to a production-based pay scale.

Makotek is an authorized contractor for Spectrum Cable looking for Field Retention Agents who want:

• to manage accounts in assigned territory
• uncapped earning potential
• weekly and monthly bonus opportunities

• independence of working remotely from your own vehicle

No experience is necessary, and we are hiring for full-time/part-time Field Retention Agents in Columbia, SC and the surrounding areas. Our Field Agents are responsible for assessing, planning, and managing the accounts of exclusive territories in order to:

• Contact assigned commercial & residential customers
• Assist current customers with options for past-due payments to restore services.
• Collect outstanding equipment provided by Spectrum (e.g. Internet Routers, Cable Boxes, etc) from current and former customers.

Ongoing training and weekly meetings can be done right from your device while you are working. All work is performed with your smart phone or tablet using our app.

How does compensation work?

• At Makotek, we use a production-based pay scale to ensure our Field Agent have the potential to make an average of $600-$800 per week when working full-time
• The more you do, the more money you make with an uncapped earning potential
• We also offer weekly and monthly performance bonuses
• We provide weekly paychecks and mileage compensation for miles driven while working in the field
• $17 per hour base rate guaranteed for the first 30 days of employment before transitioning to a production-based pay scale.

What are the qualifications?

• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must have auto insurance
• Must have an active Driver’s License
• Must have a smart phone to use our app and remote tools

What skills do you need?

• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have the ability to communicate with their General Manager/Supervisor at all times
• Must abide by all federal, state, and local regulations (including those for COVID-19)
