Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is the internal staffing agency for the Johns Hopkins Health System and partner hospitals, providing temporary support to a variety of the Johns Hopkins locations. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Location: 733 N. Broadway Street, Suite 104, Baltimore, MD

Requirements

Handles routine matters for the President of the Johns Hopkins Health System; performs administrative duties such as drafting, editing, and typing complex reports, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate office protocol and organization, as well as competently executing or delegating the day-to-day administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling and professional correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Must have experience as a Professional/Executive Assistant (3-5 years preferred)
  • Must LOVE working as an administrative professional, supporting Executive Leadership
  • Must be a self-sufficient, problem-solver, who can follow through and complete tasks
  • Must have strong customer service skills with a "CAN DO" attitude
  • Able to manage high-volume administrative tasks, while maintaining confidentiality
  • Expert capabilities in MS Office/Outllook
