Primary Responsibilities

In the role of an Electrical BIM Designer we'll count on you to:

• Work with Engineers to create electrical and control systems
• Develop contract level Electrical and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) using computer-aided design software.
• Assist design as directed by Senior Engineers
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or combination of education and relevant experience
• Revit or applicable BIM experience
• Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
• Database experience is preferred
• Experience with AutoDesk Plant3D and/or AutoDesk P&ID is preferred
• Microstation experience is preferred
• Electrical Design/Drafting experience is preferred
• Good working knowledge of PDF Creation software (Bluebeam and/or Adobe)
• Preference given to local candidates
