40 hours/week - on-site with situational telework.

*Secret Clearance preferred but not required*

• Create and Spearhead Inventory Process Plan.
• Create a schedule for every inventory that is due each month and create process flow chart.
• Manage real property accountability and reporting requirements.
• Manage, oversee, and account for the Real Property Inventory within the NexGen Accountable Property System of Record.
• Track all discrepancies.
• Ensure Real Property Inventory is accurate, complete, and up to date, and source Documentation is maintained.
• Reconcile real property records annually.
• Preform boundary inspections.
• Conduct physical inventory of 20% of real property assets annually.
• Preform an evaluation of the existence and completeness of records ever year.
• Ensure all assets are entered into NexGen Accountable Property System.
• Provide a complete and accurate data when taskers have been requested or required as needed.
• Attend Acquisition and Construction Meetings.
• Assist customer with questions or information that is need from the Real Property Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
