PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

The Real Estate Director of Sales is responsible for the success of our agents, individually and as a team. You will provide the resources and critical sales support functions that will allow agents to maximize their efforts. You will also be responsible for developing the skills and capabilities of the agent team while developing your own leadership skills. This role is an assistant manager to the managing broker and will participate in the recruiting and training of new agents. The BRE DOS will ensure that all components of the real estate transaction are completed efficiently and meet the standards we have set.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include assisting broker with or individually executing the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.

2. Manage sales and profitability to budgeted forecast.

3. Lead and support agents and teams daily.

4. Develop and oversee marketing campaigns.

5. Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

6. Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close.

7. Maintain the operations manual that documents all systems and standards.

8. Keep the Broker informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled.

9. Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.

10. Help maintain and update efficient data collecting systems (ex. CRM, SISU, Google Sheets) for, but not limited to, marketing campaigns, budgets, and real-time tracking of active business.

11. Develops KPI’s and meets the objectives and deadlines set in them.

12. Make and improve systems, improving consistency and the quality of service given to the agents and clients.

13. Learns new technologyas needed and support other team members with the solutions to technological/software programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong oral and written communication skills, initiate judgement, and leadership qualities.

· Maintain calm demeanor and think clearly in difficult or stressful situations.

· Hands on and high standards for accuracy and quality; Thorough and meticulous with extreme focus on details.

· Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

· Self-motivated, fast learner who takes initiative.

· Must have the ability to organize information digitally.

· Technologically skilled, with the ability to quickly learn new programs.

· Strong proficiency in developing and integrating new processes and finding solutions to optimize business.

· Great service-based attitude.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

· At least two years of residential real estate experience and knowledge of transaction processes.

· Minimum of one year's experience using Microsoft Office products: i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel, preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.

· Must be able to sit frequently for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure that the requirements of the position can be met.

· Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20lbs.

WORK ENVIROMENT

· Works in well-lighted and ventilated areas.

· Subject to frequent interruptions

  • · Involved with agents, visitors, vendors, government agencies/personnel, etc. under all conditions.
