Description

We’re looking for you to drive the strategy and execution of programmatic media campaigns across multiple brands and help our clients master the programmatic side of digital advertising using both your applied experience and your expertise in programmatic. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the digital media and programmatic platforms. This will include developing strategies that are appropriate for each client and campaign based on specific KPIs and determining which platform and channels should be used to achieve the various objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the programmatic display, CTV/OTT/OLV, digital audio and the digital media landscape. The role will report to the Digital Director. Remote applications will be accepted, but priority will be given to local candidates. Local employees work in a hybrid environment in our Bloomington office.



Responsibilities

  • Recommend, plan, and execute programmatic campaigns.
  • Independently build, launch, and manage programmatic display, CTV/OTT/OLV, and digital audio campaigns.
  • Set appropriate success metrics and tracking mechanisms at the campaign level.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, ensuring we’re on-time, on-budget, and performing.
  • Manage proper tagging and pixel implementation for campaigns.
  • Understand flight strategy and campaign KPIs, optimizing flights, targeting, and decisioning as needed.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce creative assets and develop a roadmap that continually tests new assets and ideas.
  • Define and activate custom audience segmentation across channels.
  • Develop benchmarks and maintain criteria to measure the effectiveness of digital tactics.
  • Foster good vendor relationships to ensure we’re maximizing our partnership and utilizing best practices
  • Assist other digital team members with organic social, paid social, paid search, and reporting projects.
  • Proactively solve problems and communicate client/account issues to account team while offering solutions at the same time.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated high-level proficiency in Digital Media – Programmatic.
  • 1+ years of experience, or equivalent, setting up and optimizing campaigns through DSPs such as Trade Desk, Roku or Simpli.fi for connected TV campaigns, for example.
  • Segmenting and building audiences using first-party customer data and third-party data.
  • Working knowledge of set up and implementation of site pixels.
  • Ability to display charisma in presenting to clients.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw strategic conclusions based on the data.
  • High-performing organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills.
  • Automotive industry experience a plus.
