CARIAN is growing! We are a proud, woman-owned management consulting firm providing program/project management, capital project delivery, consulting, and technology solutions to our customers in the renewable energy, power utilities, infrastructure, and transit/transportation sectors.
We are searching for a Data Processing Specialist to join our New Jersey client supporting team. As a Data Processing Specialist, you will provide support in processing applications for a Renewable Energy rebate program. This position requires a self-starter who effectively manages their time and can maintain excellent communication across all departments to fulfill monthly requirements such as processing program applications and enrollments.

Responsibilities:
- Comparing application data between multiple systems to ensure accuracy and necessary documentation
- Communicate effectively with respective departments regarding timeline, forecasting, and application status
- Understand the program application process and internal/external requirements
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience with data entry, processing or billing/invoicing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- Proficiency with SAP and eTRAC
- Experience within the utility space and rebate programs
This position accommodates remote work and will include occasional travel to company offices in South Plainfield, NJ and offers $18-$22/hour.
