Job Role
SSI's Customer Service Representatives Supervisor will be handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department as well as other daily duties which include, maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technician based on location, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team. Managing the accuracy of day-to-day customer service operations and be able to recognize opportunity for improvement within the team. You will be working with the Customer Service Manager. This roll is a full time position with the hours of 8AM-5PM with a one-hour lunch break in the office in Chantilly, VA.
Qualifications
- Previous call center experience - 3-5 years
- Must be able to type 70 wpm
- Ability to handle high call volume
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the Call Center
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Must be able to accurately document information into our customer data base (ServiceTitan)
