Wornicki DelVecchio Insurance of Saint Petersburg, FL is hiring for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Agent:

• Must have at least 1 year of insurance experience OR a 4-40 (Property & Casualty) Insurance License preferred
• At least 1 year of client-facing or customer service is preferred
• Basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self driven and motivated quick learner
• Rapport building with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must work well with others in a team environment and independently

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Agent:

• Lend support to 2-20 Producers
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement
• Handle incoming calls
• Greet walk-ins
• Insurance policy customer service
• Following up on tasks and checking for quality
• Multi-tasking

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
