Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join its amazing team. The Customer Service Supervisor leads and directs the Customer Service team members in the day-to-day operations; assumes the manager’s responsibility on an as needed basis. Maintains the highest standards of integrity and Customer Service and ensures that established Quality and Performance Metrics are met. Identifies, provides suggestions for, and implements improvements to the processes and functions of the department when and where appropriate. Drives team accountability to deliver ‘Best in Class’ Customer Service at all levels. Will foster a professional and customer-centric environment at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive phone calls and assist consumers, customers, sales team, contractors, and installers with various windows questions, complaints and process warranty parts
  • Initiate clarification calls to customers, as required, for assigned cases
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all callers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing our products so that you can answer questions
  • Processing orders on varies ordering systems
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications


Education

High school diploma

Experience

1-3 years of customer service experience required

SKILLS

  • Ability to understand and interpret the customer’s complaint.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret product manuals, drawings and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ability to analyze a situation to determine the root cause and correct the issue.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
  • Ability to Multitask and work in a high paced environment
