Thank you for your interest in working for Candeeland Kids in Greenwood Village! We are a new play place and already have an amazing team of people but need to add a few more.

Applicants must be at least 15 years of age for scheduling purposes- the perfect summer job!

Our vision for creating this facility is to become the premier destination for kids (& families) to move their bodies, create memories, celebrate birthdays, and spend quality time together. We want to be the highlight of our customer’s week, month and year. Can you help?!

A few things to note about us, the hiring process, and the people we are looking for to join the team:

This is a new family business. We have years of experience in hospitality running wilderness guide services in Alaska. Candeeland Kids is new to all of us and we’ll be figuring it out together. Team members must be flexible, proactive, and willing to roll with the process as we put it all together!

Every employee will help out with multiple duties. Once we have an interview and get to know each other we can discuss where your skills will be best suited, but know that even if you primarily work at the front desk you will also wander the floor or help in the arcade, and if you mainly attend the arcade you might also help out in the candy store or facilitate birthday parties. Everyone will clean everything all the time ;). We will all be working together to do whatever needs to be done, which also means you will get to experience many sides of the business over time and keep your job varied and interesting!

The first priority for all employees is to create an amazing customer experience. Candeeland will provide top-of-the-line, personable service to all of our guests. Every employee must be friendly, engaging, and excited to interact with everyone who walks through the door. There are no “hide in the back and don’t talk to anyone” positions here - you must like kids and people of all ages and be ready to help them have the time of their lives!
