We have an amazing group of kind, hardworking people here in the office, and we are thrilled to add another fun person to our group. We work together to provide fanatical customer service for our customers and they love Moxie Pest Control!

Our office has a very upbeat, fun environment. We have frequent office games with fun prizes (gift cards, parties, Mario Kart lunches). The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!

As a customer retention expert, you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. In your first few months, you will learn how to effectively help all types of customers in various contact channels.

We are looking to immediately fill several positions. All positions include speaking with customers over the phone, email, text. Specific duties/roles will include:
-Account Retention
-Inbound customer service inquiry calls for existing customers
-Outbound billing, scheduling, and quality assurance calls
-Scheduling appointments
-Dance party coordination
-A million other possibilities.

All positions have the opportunity for quick advancement. If you are hardworking, positive, and detail oriented you WILL be rewarded.
Sales experience a big plus, however, this job is not commission based.

Several full-time Customer Retention Expert positions are available.
Schedules available M-TH 8:00am-5:30pm, and Fridays are just 8:00am-12:00pm!

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
