Lotus Behavioral Health Inc in Baltimore, MD is looking for one core worker to join our 18-person, strong team. We are located at 1800 N. Charles St Suite 808. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Provides behavioral health interventions to assist the child (ren) in developing age-appropriate self-management skills

• Advocates for the needs of the child (ren) to accomplish treatment objectives
• Collaborate with the treatment team, school personnel, and family to assure continuity of care
• Document all therapeutic interactions, unusual incidents, and routine activities as required by program policies and procedures
• Complete all documentation timely
• Attend mandatory in-service training

Qualifications

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills *Ability to interact with people in varied settings *Job demands the ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team. *Ability to handle conflicts with diplomacy and tact * Ability to listen and evaluate objectively *Excellent working knowledge of the Child Welfare system and family dynamics/childhood mental health issues and needs and the systems that impact children, youth, and their families.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
