Summary:

We are looking for a hard-working Construction Technician to join our team!
At ServiceMaster by RSI, our workers perform a variety of jobs during all phases of construction. We’re looking for a highly productive and reliable Construction Technician to join our team. The role entails a wide range of tasks, from basic to difficult to hazardous. These may include clearing and preparing a site; building scaffolds, barricades, bracing, and other structures; and operating concrete mixers, jackhammers, saws, drills, and more. Job Responsibilities:

· Works with the Project Manager to get projects done in a timely manner doing construction and demolition as needed.· Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.· Complete assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job· Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding.· Report any equipment malfunction to supervisor· Report any customer problems or damage to supervisor


Job Requirements:

· General knowledge of construction operations and procedures· Can safely operate tools and machinery· Familiarity with safety protocols · Can put up drywall and match texture· Can read blueprints and other common construction documents· Listening and communication skills· Problem-solving skills· Ability to perform repetitive actions using your hands, arms, wrists, fingers, legs, or other body parts· Ability to work with a team· Has a valid Driver’s License
