We are currently seeking a Full-Time, Dental Treatment/Scheduling/Accounts Coordinator for our well-established family dental practice.

Centrally located in Tampa, we combine the latest techniques in cosmetic and restorative dentistry to create healthy, beautiful smiles. At our fee-for-service concierge dental wellness practice, patients are treated to a comfortable and relaxing environment that helps to alleviate much of the anxiety often associated with going to the dentist.

We require a candidate with a true concierge mindset. This candidate would have supreme interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt to multiple personalities and make every one of them feel like the priority in the office. Being that we are fee-for-service, we expect a higher quality of relationship building with our patients from our team members. We require comfort and experience dealing with higher value services and a base foundation in dental front office workflow.

We are seeking this dental team member to support our fantastic front desk team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and highly organized. They would be highly detail-oriented and extremely comfortable auditing accounts, finding out where balances come from and confidently and respectfully collecting from patients.

We are pleased to offer a wide range of preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dental services. Treatment options such as porcelain veneers, smile designs, functional full mouth rehabilitations, teeth whitening, and dental implants have enabled us to renew hundreds of smiles and help our patients look their best. We have been providing Tampa Bay and surrounding areas with exceptional cosmetic and restorative dentistry for 37 years!

He or she will have coordinator duties responsible to booking doctor and hygiene columns to goal, providing a concierge experience for our patients, presenting and managing treatment presentations and assuring financial arrangements with proper collections are completed.

A front desk team member at our practice needs to have supreme interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If this sounds like you, please apply to this wonderful opportunity.

You will be trained with the understanding that you would eventually take over front desk operations on a day-to-day basis while the current team member will be leaving on great terms in 90 days.

Your wage is more than Dollars/Hour:

  • MONTHLY BONUS: in our office your position would be eligible for potential monthly bonuses (details discussed in interview(
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual of 40 hours of PTO for first year begins after 90 days through first year. 40 Hours after Year 1, 80 hours after 2 years of service and 120 hours after 5 years of service.
