*This is not a remote position, candidate will be required to work out of the home office in Beachwood, OH. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to advance to a biller position with in house training provided. Point Click Care experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
· Importing 835s
· Creates timely, accurate update of collection notes
· Analyze and resolve balances on accounts
· Posting cash in Point Click Care
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
· Skilled in the Microsoft Office
· Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility in Long Term Care
· Experience using PCC (Point Click Care)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
