We are searching for a dedicated healthcare professional excited to build relationships and help improve lives by working towards a cure for their allergic disease. You will be responsible for communicating with multiple people/locations, receiving patient information, obtaining full insurance coverage information for our services, and (of course) documentation. You will also schedule patients and communicate with them about their insurance coverage and financial responsibility (if any). Documentation in our systems is extremely important as this is a remote position. The responsibility of coordinating all schedules (most differing) among multiple locations will also fall to you. Lastly, you will assist with schedule changes when needed! This position is full-time.


Duties:

  • Qualify patients for testing and treatment and educate them on the services being offered
  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Verify patients' insurance information
  • Complete all necessary documentation
  • Complete regular reports and communication

Requirements:

  • Exemplary understanding of health insurance and various payers
  • Experience with health insurance verification
  • Great personality
  • Desire to learn new things
  • Ability and willingness to be at work as scheduled
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Scrutinous attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to stay focused and productive while working independently without constant supervision or hand-holding
  • Flexibility and openness to change
