Our upscale, in-airport wellness centers provide medical care, travel testing, wellness therapies and a thoughtful curation of retail items.
As a CDC Coordinator, you will lead a team of dedicated lab technicians and Bio-Surveillance Specialists to ensure lab testing rooms are clean and maintained at all times. You will support the delivery of a safe and convenient experience to patients by greeting and escorting them to the testing area. You will maintain quality control standards in relation to entering and maintaining patient data. Ensure that all patients have properly completed their Consent to Test and that all consenting protocols are being adhered and flawlessly executed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, medical office desk experience preferred
