Help keep this Adult Male member in the comforts of their own home while having a rewarding position!

When would we like your help:

This member needs support 24/7. The current open shifts are:

Overnights 10pm-6am

Afternoon shifts 2pm-10pm

What can you expect to be doing:

Transfers (bed to wheel chair)

repositioning/ Range of Motion exercises

Meal Prep

Laundry

Housekeeping

Money Management

What are we looking for?:

· Valid Driver's license and/or reliable transportation

· Positive attitude, reliability and hard working candidates encouraged to apply!

· Must be willing to have background check completed

CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Overnight shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shawano, WI 54166: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
