We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and eager-to-learn Canvassing Team Leader to join our team and help us reach new heights.

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Canvassing Team Leader with little or no experience, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. The Canvassing Team Leader will be responsible for learning the ins and outs of our canvassing program, as well as leading a team of canvassers that will go door-to-door generating leads for our roofing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hungry to grow and develop their leadership skills, with ample opportunities to earn bonuses and advance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master our canvassing strategies to generate high-quality leads and meet sales targets
• Build and lead a team of dedicated canvassers, providing guidance and support
• Foster a positive work environment, offering ongoing coaching and encouragement to your team
• Plan and organize daily and weekly canvassing schedules and routes for optimal efficiency
• Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular updates to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless lead hand-off and follow-up
• Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the canvassing program

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; we will provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving targets and objectives
• Familiarity with local territory and willingness to travel within the designated area
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $48,663.00 - $56,071.00 per year
