The Institute is a partnership between Cardiac Study Center, MultiCare Regional Heart & Vascular Centers and MultiCare Medical Associates. This position is local to the Spokane area.

NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE

This position is responsible for answering calls, taking information to identify patients, and determining where to transfer the calls to meet the patient's needs. There is a possibilty to schedule in the future.

• Answer all incoming calls
• Order Language Interpreters per Protocol
• Use Microsoft Teams to communicate with staff in other office locations
• Email nursing staff as needed for return patient phone calls
• Use EPIC to research and document patient calls
• Insurance knowledge helpful but not required
• Other duties as assigned

Previous medical front office experience a preferred. Must possess the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a pleasant and courteous disposition toward patients and their family members. Must be able to type 40 wpm and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of EPIC is preferred but not required.

This is a full time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
