Parker Precision Molding, Inc. is a small, family-owned business in Belle Vernon, PA.

Specializing in CNC Machining and Thermoplastic Injection Molding services, we take pride in the components that we produce, and are known for providing our customers with quality parts and high-value customer service.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking to add new and friendly faces to our company.

We are currently looking to bring on a Business Development/Sales Representative. This person would be in-charge of leading all sales efforts for our company, including but not limited to - finding prospects, cold calling, cold emailing, and maintaining a relationship with any sales made.

The ideal candidate would be someone who; - Has experience in selling in the manufacturing industry - Isn't afraid to take "no" for an answer. - Is persistent in some situations. - Is able to do extensive research to find potential sales candidates - Is able to work by themselves and can require very little input from upper management unless needed

Although we can train, we would prefer someone with sales experience, notably in the manufacturing industry.

This is a remote/work from home job, and is being offered as a part-time or full-time job.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the needs of an established entry-level business market.
• Present new opportunities accounts to company representatives.
• Work on customer relationship management.
• Manage new accounts and expand the client base for the company.
• Meet monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

• Be willing to take a drug and background test.
• Be willing to learn new things and open to change as needed.

Salary is base, with any sales being paid in commission. As the individual expands themselves and our business, there can be opportunities for a larger salary and promotion.

After a 90 day probationary period, Health, Vision, and Dental will be provided (FULL-TIME ONLY).
