Join us in improving the overall mental health of members within our community. We are a very busy psychiatric outpatient clinic looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable front desk patient coordinator. We require that you are able to speak both Spanish and English. We would like someone with experience but we are willing to train.
Duties include:
- scheduling of patients
- insurance verification
- communication with patients
- answering phones
- collecting, accounting for, and handling copay
- working as a team member
