RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Opening HotLine:
    • Thoroughly and expediently set-up prep and kitchen areas for operation.
    • Properly assemble and power on grill, fryer, toasters and warmers.
    • Preparation/stocking of vegetables, cheeses, burger and other product.
  • Proper handling of buns, meat and product and equipment.
  • Follow proper washing, sanitation, and safety procedures in accordance with local health regulations.
  • Knowledgeable of ingredients, quality standards, specifications, cooking times and procedures, and storage regulations.
  • Understands Time Standards, and has a Sense of Urgency.
  • Closing HotLine:
    • Thoroughly breakdown equipment safely and expeditedly.
    • Clean equipment, dishes, utensils, and kitchen stations. Reassemble equipment.
    • Proper breakdown and storage of line products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with peers and guests.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.
  • Must be able to work up to an 8-hour shift while standing, walking, sitting, pushing, or pulling in a fast-paced environment.
  • May be required to lift to 50 pounds during a shift.
  • Will require bending, stooping, and the occasional use of a ladder.
