Job Overview:

The AVP, Institution Services Recruiter, is responsible for driving full cycle recruiting processes that add new advisors to LPL’s Institution Services Clients. This role is a blend of advisor recruiting, consulting with LPL clients, and collaborating with internal partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving new advisor joins with LPL Institutional Clients; recruiting advisors, selling the LPL and institution specific value proposition; leveraging internal resources to secure commitments from advisors.

  • Consulting with Institutional Clients on best practices to recruit advisors; developing new and improving existing processes for more effective recruiting.

  • Collaborating with team members and internal partners to promote successful outcomes and drive additional headcount for LPL and Institutional Clients.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in institutional channel

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales roles in financial services with demonstrated track record of results

  • Ability to present, both virtually and in person, to demonstrate concepts and drive behaviors

  • College degree required

Preferences:

  • MS Office competency required, CRM competency preferred


Pay Range:

$99,560-$149,340/year

The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
