Run the overall Attractions operation, directly overseeing the Attractions Team Members and Team Leads. Essential responsibilities include enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures, hiring, training, auditing, down event management. Operate various attractions following the Standard Operating Procedures while providing Guest Excellence and maintaining safe practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exhibit professional demeanor and model behaviors at all times
• Recruit and assist in hiring of Attractions Team Members and Team Leads
• Train and develop Attractions Team Members, Team Leads and Trainers, coaching as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all authorities having jurisdiction
• Ensure adequate daily staffing levels and adherence to daily operational schedules for assigned area
• Oversee breaks and ensure compliance with labor laws for assigned area
• Typically perform as Attractions on Duty, maintaining constant presence in park
• Act as the communication liaison between departments, management and front line as applicable to Attractions
• Ensure open ready condition property wide each operating day prior to property opening hour
• Ensure overall inventory levels are maintained for consumables, communicating to Operations Manager as items run low
• Ensure execution of Standard Operating Procedures and Guest Excellence behaviors
• Respond to atypical situations, Guest issues and down events as needed
• Complete required daily, weekly, monthly documentation

• Protect company assets through proper use of tools and equipment and the adherence to the standard of overall cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Other duties as needed and/or assigned by Leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age. If under 18 years of age, must be able to provide working papers prior to hire.
  • Attractions Supervisors under the age of 18 will primarily oversee attractions designed solely for children.
• Previous experience as a Attractions Team Member required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to efficiently manage time and work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist and reach above shoulders.
• Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
• Ability to work in high stress situations.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
