Job description

Resident Assistants provide assistance in daily activities to elderly resident in a small assisted living home of 15 people. We are a close knit group of employees and help each other out on scheduling so that everyone has family time and scheduled events off. Our residents enjoy good home cooked meals so if you like to cook that is an added bonus but no cooking experience required for most shifts. As a resident assistant you help residents with daily care and do light housekeeping. You do all the things it takes to maintain a enjoyable home and nice, clean living environment. We are family style living and Lakewood looks and feels like a home. We have 18 to 82 year old staff working at Lakewood. This shift is ideal for high school or college age students but also for older persons as well. We have several employees who have retired from other jobs and are now working for Lakewood. They find it rewarding to help others and keep an active lifestyle.

No experience needed. We will train for all positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
