Job description

Brand new luxury apartment community looking for an outgoing and reliable individual to join our leasing team. The hours are:

Thursday and Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm

Saturday 10 am to 4 pm

Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm

You will be working with prospective residents on the phone and in person giving information about our community and apartments. You will be conducting apartment tours and assisting with the application process.

If you have apartment leasing experience with another company, you may enjoy working with us.

You must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working face to face with prospects and residents.

Opportunities for advancement are available within our organization. This position could become full time within a few months. We are a growing company with the opening of a new community coming soon.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

• Charter Township of Commerce, MI 48390: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
