We are looking for a positive energetic Sales Administrative Support person to join our amazing team. This role of far from one-dimensional that requires a broad knowledge of the sales order process. In this role you will undertake a wide range of responsibility providing support to the sales team and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create, process, and maintain sales orders in eAutomate
  • Maintain accurate information in database (eAuto)
  • Answering customer and internal personnel queries related to the order process
  • Manages the scheduling of equipment deliveries
  • Prepares and submits sale documentation to lenders for financing
  • Assists with inventory control for new and returning items
  • Enter maintenance contracts
  • Update contract records
  • Resolve contract exceptions (unprofitable, aged equipment, etc.)
  • Manage expiring contracts and renewal process
  • Meter collection, enter meter read information
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer meter issues
  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to, copying, faxing filing

Requirements

  • Experience with eAuto a plus
  • Industry experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and written
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Analytical with aptitude for problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of office administration and business procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Confidentiality concerning financial transactions and customer information
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
